Product prices do not include cane loc, sleeve, tray or box charges unless otherwise stated on the Availability.<\/span>
\nThese are necessary to ensure your plants do not arrive damaged from shipping.<\/span><\/p>\n

We recommend double sleeving any plant 5\u2019 or taller. Please specify when ordering, your account will be charged accordingly.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

  • All prices are F.O.B. Rose of Sharon Nursery, Miami, FL, subject to change without notice.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • This current price list supersedes all others.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • All transactions are for CASH unless prior credit has been established.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Discount prices shown on price list are available for any customer with establishes terms when Invoice is paid in full by check, cash, or wire transfer within 30 days of the Invoice date.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • If payment is received more than 30 days after Invoice date, regular pricing will apply to that Invoice.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Full payment must be received at Rose of Sharon Nursery Inc. within 30 days of the Invoice date for the Invoice to be eligible for discount pricing.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • For customers without terms, cash or wire transfer is required before shipment to qualify for a discount.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Any account 30 days past due will automatically go on credit hold until account is brought current.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • A finance charge of 1.5% per month (18% per annum) is added to any unpaid balance older than 30 days from the due date.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • The shipment becomes the property of the purchaser when accepted by the Carrier. Please file any damage or loss within 48 hours.<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n
  • We warrant to the extent of the purchase price only that all nursery plant material is sold true and as described within recognized trade tolerances.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • We give no other warranty expressed or implied and will in no way be liable for more than invoice value at time of sale.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Certain products offered for sale by Rose of Sharon Farm and Nursery are patented varieties of plants sold under license agreement with the patent owner.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Any propagation, production or distribution by sale, gift or otherwise of such material for the purpose of reproduction by buyer of any plant variety for which a plant patent has been granted or applied for, without written license constitutes an infringement and subjects the infringer to prosecution under the United States Patent and Trademark Laws.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>
